Etiqa Rewards is a new platform that allows you to earn points. When you buy selected insurance products and renew selected policies, and participate in activities on Tiq Tribe, you can earn points. Occasionally, we might also surprise you with a gift of points.

Etiqa Rewards Program is free for all Etiqa customers and no sign up is required.

No, you cannot have more than one Etiqa Rewards account.

You will receive an email informing you of the points that you have earned after purchase or renewal of selected products. The amount of points awarded, if any, is based on a set of factors which will be determined by Etiqa at its sole discretion. Such factors may vary from time to time and Etiqa provides no guarantee whatsoever, that points will be awarded for every purchase or renewal.

You can also earn Rewards Points through participating in activities on Tiq Tribe. You can learn more about points earned from Tiq Tribe activities here.

After you complete purchasing or renewing a selected insurance policy, your points will be credited on the 15th day from the policy start date. You will receive an email confirming the crediting of points in your Etiqa Rewards account.

You have two options:

1. You can convert any amount of your points to Etiqa$ to offset for selected insurance product purchases or renewals. Once converted, you can view your Etiqa$ balance in your eWallet. Your Etiqa$ cannot be en- cashed and will expire 3 months from the conversion date.

Or

2. You can convert your points to retail merchant vouchers. Once converted to a merchant voucher, the merchants’ terms and conditions apply. Please check expiry dates as they vary from merchant to merchant.

Once your points are converted, they cannot be reversed.

Your Rewards Points will expire 2 years from the crediting date.

You can check your eWallet history page to see all the points you converted to Etiqa$. You can access the eWallet inside the web portal or Tiq by Etiqa App

Yes, you will receive an email to confirm points conversion to Etiqa$. You can verify this transaction inside your eWallet history.

You can use your Etiqa$ to offset premium for the following products

You can find all the Etiqa$ you used to offset premium in the eWallet history page. You can access your eWallet via web portal or Tiq by Etiqa App

Yes, you can transfer your Etiqa$ to a friend or family member.

Etiqa$ cannot be used to convert retail merchant vouchers. However, you can use your Etiqa$ to offset payment when buying or renewing selected Etiqa insurance products.

However, you are able to convert your earned Etiqa Rewards Points to retail merchant vouchers.

Yes, we automatically combine the total value of your Etiqa$ and show it on the payment page for you to offset payment for applicable products.

Your Etiqa$ will expire 3 months from the date of points conversion.

Yes, you will receive an email when you convert points to a merchant voucher. You can also verify this transaction inside your points history.

You can check your point’s history page to see a listing of all the converted points to merchant vouchers. Simply login to the web portal or Tiq by Etiqa App.

Once points are converted, they cannot be reversed. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

You might not have the required points to convert. Please check your available points in points history.

The merchant sets the merchant voucher expiry date. You can find the terms and conditions on the voucher page. Please check expiry dates as they may vary from merchant to merchant.
