3. You warrant that in accessing iConnect, you will not breach any law or code, including without limitation, any confidential information belonging to Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“Etiqa”) or any other person and any law relating to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information.

4. Any unauthorised reproduction, retransmission or other copying of any contents of iConnect may be in breach of statutory or common law rights which could be the subject of legal action.

Etiqa shall disclaim all liability which may arise from any unauthorised reproduction or use of the contents accessible via iConnect.
