No, you will not be covered if you have already physically left Singapore.
Yes you may. However, do note that for an individual who is more than 70 years old, there will be reduced travel insurance benefits for Personal Accident, Medical Expenses Incurred Overseas and in Singapore, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Repatriation and Direct Repatriation.

The Policy do not cover one-way trip. You will need to depart from Singapore and arrive back in Singapore.
An Annual Multi-Trip Policy provides coverage for an unlimited number of overseas trip made within the policy year, provided that each trip is less than 90 consecutive days.
This is available as an Individual Annual Multi-Trip Policy and a Family Annual Multi-Trip Policy.
A Group Plan consist of a maximum of 10 individuals who are travelling as a group. The 10 individuals must travel together on a trip.
The Group Plan is only available under the Single Trip Policy.
Yes, Group Plans are meant to accommodate travellers who are on the same trip itinerary but not necessarily related to one another by blood relations.
- For Single Trip Policy, a Family Plan comprise of a maximum of 2 adults travelling with 8 children. The 2 adults need not be related but the children must be related to either one of the adult. Everyone must depart from and return to Singapore together at the same time.
- For Annual Multi-Trip Policy, a Family Plan comprise of you, your legal spouse and any number of your legal children. The children need not be accompanied by either of the parent for any trips made during the policy period.
No, you do not need to travel together under the Family Annual Multi-Trip Policy.
A “child” is defined as someone who is unmarried and unemployed, and is at least 3 months old, and below 18 years old or up to 25 years of age if studying full-time in a recognised tertiary institution.
Yes, the following sections cover pre-existing condition:

No, your period of insurance must include your entire trip from the date of departure from Singapore to the date of arrival in Singapore.
You should always get coverage for your trip up to the date that you are physically back in Singapore.
Yes, leisure sports like hot air balloon ride, parachuting, sky diving, bungee jumping, hang-gliding, paragliding, leisure scuba diving no deeper than 30 meters and non-competitive winter sports are covered.
Usual tourist activities that are accessible to the general public without restriction and are provided by a recognised local tour operator are covered. You must be acting under the guidance and supervision of qualified guides and/or instructions of the tour operators when carrying out such tourist activities.

Yes, you may change your travel commencement date by informing us at least 3 working days prior to the commencement of your trip.
- For Single Trip Policy, we will grant a full refund of the premium prior to the commencement of the Policy. There will be no refund for cancellation after the period of insurance has commenced.
- For Annual Multi-Trip Policy, we will grant a rate for refund of the premium paid corresponding to the unexpired period of insurance, provided that the amount to be refunded is at least S$20 and no claim has been submitted prior to the cancellation of this Policy:
